We had an amazing stay at Grand West Sands Resort, enjoying the luxurious amenities and exceptional service that truly made our holiday memorable. However, the experience at Grandwest Villas was disappointing, as the facilities were outdated and unclean. The contrast in quality between the two locations was striking, showcasing the importance of well-maintained accommodations and friendly service.

My experience at Grand West was quite the rollercoaster. While I faced some price discrepancies and room issues, I was truly amazed by the kindness and support of the staff during a flooding situation. The location isn’t ideal and the room had some maintenance issues, but I can't deny the staff made my stay memorable in a difficult time.

I had a really nice time at Grand West’s Villas. The rooms were well-kept and serviced daily, making it a nice, clean place to relax. The pool area is fantastic with a huge waterslide, perfect for families. The staff went above and beyond during a tough situation with some flooding, which really showed their commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. On the downside, I would suggest improving the dining menu options for a better experience.
